MICCAI 2010 Diffusion MRI Tutorial: 10 Questions to Ask Your Diffusion MRI Expert
While there is still need for new methodology based on fundamental understanding of data and mathematical procedures to solve relevant clinical tasks, there is an imminent need to understand and standardize the existing research to make it usable by other researchers as well as the need for a common protocol that will encourage its appropriate use in the clinic. The aim of the tutorial is to present state-of-the-art research in the form of several talks with the emphasis being on a discussion between researchers and users (in research and in the clinic) to lay the ground work for the development of a common protocol which will help compare, standardize and use existing research.
